Alison joined the firm as a trainee in 1992 and became a Partner in 1998.
She deals with Adults with Incapacity cases covering Welfare and Financial Guardianship applications and is also Financial Guardian to a number of incapacitated adults. She is also a firm believer that every Adult should consider setting up a Power of Attorney regardless of their age or financial circumstances.
Alison has considerable experience in many other areas of the law. She has dealt extensively with divorce and related matters over the years and has also built up a substantial chambers practice dealing with wills, powers of attorney and executry matters.

Scott joined the firm as a trainee in 1997 and became a partner in 2002.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of property law. He acts for both individuals and businesses in the sale and purchase of property as well as both residential and commercial leasing. He is a tutor in Conveyancing and Property Law at the University of Glasgow.
Scott also deals with all aspects of criminal law and has a special interest in Road Traffic Law.

Sarah joined the firm in 2003 and was made an Associate in 2006. She works on a variety of cases, but her particular interests are in family law (divorce, separation, cohabitation, contact and residence) and in child protection (children's hearings, appeals and referral proofs).
